High-temperature-resistant high efficiency filter with partition is a kind of filtration equipment specially designed for high temperature environment, which adopts ultra-fine glass fiber filter paper as the filter material, combines with offset paper, aluminum foil board and other materials as the partition, and is glued through the aluminum alloy of wooden frame. These filters have been tested by special nano-flame method to ensure that they can still maintain high efficiency filtration performance under high temperature environment. They are widely used in dust-free purification workshops and air conditioning end air supply places in many industries such as optical electronics, LCD liquid crystal manufacturing, biomedicine, precision instruments, beverage and food, PCB printing and so on.
Design Features
High efficiency, low resistance, large dust capacity
High-temperature high efficiency filter with partition has extremely high filtration efficiency, which can effectively remove suspended particles in the air, and the filtration efficiency for particles with a particle size of 0.3μm and above can reach more than 99.97%. At the same time, its relatively low resistance ensures smooth air circulation, while the large dust capacity means longer service life and lower maintenance frequency.
High Temperature Resistance
These filters can be used for a long time in environments as high as 350-400°C, and their performance is stable and not easy to be deformed or damaged, which is especially suitable for air purification in high temperature environments.
Fast filtration speed
The filtration speed of high-temperature-resistant high efficiency filter with partition is generally around 40m/h, and the maximum can reach 60m/h, which is much faster than that of ordinary sand filter, which makes it more efficient in handling large amount of air.
Large dirt-holding capacity
The dirt-holding capacity of high-temperature-resistant high efficiency filter with partition is generally between 15-35kg/m³, which is more than 4 times that of ordinary sand filter, which means that it can handle more pollutants under the same conditions, reduce the frequency of replacement, and lower the operation cost.
Low backwash water consumption
When backwashing maintenance is carried out, the water consumption of high-temperature resistant partitioned high-efficiency filter is very low, only 1-2% of the cycle filtration water consumption, which greatly saves water resources and also reduces the operation cost.

Installation and Use
Pre-installation preparation: Ensure the cleanliness of the installation environment, and if necessary, carry out comprehensive cleaning work.
Temperature adaptability: When used for the first time, gradually increase the temperature to the specified working temperature and keep it for a period of time before putting it into use to ensure stable performance of the filter.
Monitoring in use: check the differential pressure of the filter regularly, and discover and replace the failed filter in time.
Maintenance and Replacement: Make a reasonable maintenance and replacement plan according to the usage and manufacturer's recommendations.
