ISO 7 softwall cleanroom and Class 10,000 softwall cleanroom are two descriptions of the same clean air, using two different methods or two different standards.ISO 7 is part of the ISO 14644 standard and it refers to a number of particles by size per cubic meters of air. The Class 10,000 specification is part of the older Federal Standard 209E and it refers to a number of particles by size per cubic feet of air.
The naming difference is a formal difference. For new projects, for audits and for test reports one generally uses the ISO naming convention as it is the standard now which is most often referred to in specifications.Thus you would specify an “ISO 7” clean room.
An older facility, older drawings or older customer specifications might still be referred to by the old Federal Standard 209E naming convention (i.e. Class 10,000). But both are specifying the same cleanliness and thus are equivalent for purposes of a specification.

It has a maximum level of 352,000 particles in the air per cubic meter that are 0.5 microns or greater in size.
