Liquid Tank Design Ensures a Perfect Seal
The liquid tank design of Neg Furls negative pressure weighing chambers ensures a perfect seal, avoiding any leakage during the weighing process, thus protecting the purity of the weighed material and the safety of the operator.
Material and structure of the chamber
The whole cabinet is made of high quality SUS304 stainless steel material, which is bent, welded and assembled into shape to ensure the equipment is sturdy and easy to clean. The electrical cabinet can be either built-in or external to suit different installation needs.
Polymer flow equalizing membrane
The Neg Furls negative pressure weighing chamber uses a polymer equalization membrane to ensure the uniformity of air velocity on the air outlet surface, which is controlled between 5% and 10%, providing stable airflow conditions for the weighing process.
Material selection
Negative pressure weighing chambers are usually made from high quality stainless steel, mainly 304 stainless steel, which has good corrosion resistance and is easy to clean, making it ideal for use in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and other industries that require a highly clean environment. In addition, 316 stainless steel may also be chosen in some cases, depending on the specific application and requirements.
Structural design
The structural design of a negative pressure weighing chamber needs to ensure that it is capable of creating a stable negative pressure environment during operation to prevent contaminant leakage and cross contamination. The design will incorporate a highly efficient filtration system including primary, secondary and high efficiency filters, as well as the necessary lighting and sterilization equipment.

Outlet Configuration

Principle
The working principle of the negative pressure weighing room involves a number of links, first of all, the airflow design, it adopts the form of vertical unidirectional flow airflow, the return air is first pre-filtered through the primary filter to remove the large particles of dust particles, and then through the secondary filtration of the intermediate filter to protect the high efficiency filter. Under the pressure of the centrifugal fan, the filtered air passes through the high-efficiency filter to meet the clean requirements. After that, the clean airflow is sent to the air supply box, about 90% of which passes through the even-flow air supply mesh plate to form a uniform vertical airflow, while the remaining 10% is discharged out of the equipment through the airflow regulating plate. This design ensures a stable negative pressure in the working area, preventing dust and other particles from spreading outward and protecting the external environment.
