Manual inverter system for air velocity
Neg Furls negative pressure weighing chambers are equipped with a manual inverter system that ensures that the air velocity in the main working area is always uniform. This system enables precise adjustment of the air speed by means of fine control, so that both small changes in the weighing process and large-scale adjustments can be quickly responded to and achieve the desired results.
Superior Air Distribution
The Neg Furls negative pressure weighing chamber is designed with air flow uniformity in mind. The carefully designed air supply structure ensures that the air is evenly distributed throughout the entire working area, avoiding the dead spots and imbalances found in traditional systems, thus ensuring weighing accuracy.
Automatic Constant or Stepwise Adjustment of Air Velocity
In addition to manual adjustment, Neg Furls negative pressure weighing chambers have automatic constant or stepwise adjustment. This means that the system automatically maintains or adjusts the air velocity at a predetermined level according to the set parameters, and maintains stability even when the environmental conditions change, greatly enhancing ease of operation and weighing reliability.
Filter Differential Pressure Indicator
The Neg Furls Negative Pressure Weighing Chamber is equipped with a Differential Filter Pressure Indicator, which monitors the effective operation of each filter in real time. This device not only displays the current differential pressure of the filter, but also alerts the user when the differential pressure is out of the normal range, prompting the user to replace or clean the filter, thus ensuring the long-term stability of the system.
Filtration System
Neg Furls Negative Pressure Weighing Chambers utilize a high efficiency filtration system consisting of primary, intermediate, and high efficiency filters that can be removed and replaced from the front or the top to meet DOP or PAO testing requirements and to ensure the effectiveness of air purification.
Enclosure Material
The whole cabinet is made of SUS304 stainless steel, which is bent, welded and assembled into shape, which is not only flat but also easy to clean, ensuring the durability and cleanliness of the equipment.
Polymer equalization film
The air outlet surface is equipped with a polymer equalization film, which helps to control the uniformity of wind speed, keeping it between 5%-10%, ensuring stable wind speed in the working area.
Lighting and Sterilization
The lighting intensity in the weighing chamber is more than 300 Lux at a height of one meter, and can be equipped with germicidal lamps or ozone generators to meet different usage requirements.
Weighing Stands
The Neg Furls Negative Pressure Weighing Chamber is equipped with an internal weighing table to hold weighing instruments for weighing operations.
Principle
Airflow form:
Adopting vertical unidirectional flow airflow form, the return air first passes through the primary filter for pre-filtration to remove large dust particles in the airflow, and then passes through the intermediate filter for secondary filtration to protect the high efficiency filter.
Filtration system:
The high-efficiency filtration system includes primary, intermediate and high-efficiency filters to ensure that airborne particles are effectively filtered to meet DOP or PAO test requirements.
Negative Pressure Environment:
Under the pressure of centrifugal fan, the air passes through the high efficiency filter to meet the clean requirement, and through the equalizing film to form a uniform vertical airflow, part of the airflow is discharged out of the equipment through the airflow regulating plate to maintain the negative pressure with the external environment and prevent dust from spreading to the outdoors.
Control system.
It adopts intelligent control system to realize one-key operation, which is convenient for users to complete the weighing task quickly, meanwhile, it is equipped with dust particle monitoring system to monitor the dynamic cleanliness in real time, and alarms the abnormalities of wind speed and differential pressure, cleanliness and so on.
