People entering and exiting management

1.People training:

All personnel entering the clean room should be trained on clean room specifications and procedures, including the importance of wearing modular clean room clothing, gloves and shoe covers. The training content should cover the basic principles of clean rooms, pollution control measures, and emergency procedures.

2.People number limit:

According to the volume and cleanliness level of the clean room, determine a reasonable upper limit on the number of people. Too many people will increase the risk of particle release and contamination.

3.People activity limit:

Limit activities that may generate particles in the clean room, such as eating, smoking, and using personal Electronic devices. These activities release dust, aerosols, and microbial contaminants.

11 Rules to Follow in a Clean Room Environment

Raw material entry and exit management

1.Material selection:

Select materials with low particle release, such as stainless steel and non-woven fabrics, for Clean room construction and equipment. These materials are not easy to generate and release particles.

2.Material handling:

Handle materials carefully to avoid generating particles. Use clean room-specific trolleys or containers to transport materials, and avoid direct contact with materials with your hands.

3.Material Storage:

Store materials in sealed containers or cleanroom-specific storage areas to prevent accumulation of dust and other contaminants. Check the tightness of containers regularly and replace damaged containers in time.

Finished Product In and Out Management

1.Finished Product Packaging:

Use cleanroom-specific packaging materials to package finished products to prevent particle contamination. Packaging materials should have low particle release characteristics and prevent external contaminants from entering.

2.Finished Product Transportation:

Use cleanroom-specific shipping containers to transport finished products to maintain their cleanliness. Shipping containers should be certified and meet the cleanliness requirements of the cleanroom.

3.Finished Product Storage:

Store finished products in cleanroom-specific storage areas to prevent contamination and damage. The storage area should maintain appropriate temperature and humidity, and be cleaned and disinfected regularly.

Regular Cleaning

1.Cleaning Frequency:

Develop a regular cleaning plan based on the cleanliness level and usage of the modular cleanroom. The cleaning frequency should be sufficient to prevent the accumulation of contaminants and maintain the cleanliness of the cleanroom.

2.Cleaning Methods:

Use cleanroom-specific cleaning agents and methods for cleaning. Cleaning should be done from top to bottom, inside to outside, and use A CleanRoom-specific rag or mop.

Disinfection:

For sterile cleanrooms, disinfection is performed regularly to control microbial contamination. Disinfection methods include ultraviolet disinfection, ozone disinfection, and chemical disinfection.

By implementing these strict management measures, cleanrooms can effectively prevent environmental contamination and ensure a controlled and contamination-free environment for sensitive products and processes.
