Scope
Clean room, including bottle sorting room, filling room, dressing room.
Target
All facilities in the clean room and production and quality control personnel in the filling room.

Specific requirements are as follows
1. Dressing room (clean clothes, shoe cabinet, hand dryer, alcohol disinfector)
Usage: Clean clothes should be worn correctly, and hair should not be exposed; there should be no debris in the shoe cabinet, and no items unrelated to production should be stored; hand dryers and alcohol disinfectors should be disconnected from the power supply after work.
Maintenance method: Clean clothes should be checked for broken wires and damage every time they are washed; hand dryers should be maintained once a month; alcohol disinfectors should be checked for alcohol content after get off work every day. If the content is low, it should be added in time; alcohol disinfectors should be maintained once a month; if there is a malfunction during use, report it to the leader for repair in time.
Hygiene requirements: Cleaning of clean clothes: First, clean the clean clothes with tap water and washing powder; then, soak them in pure water containing 84 disinfectant for 15 minutes; finally, rinse them with pure water, put them in a spin dryer to dry, and put them in a dust-free room for sterilization and disinfection; Cleaning of socks: After cleaning with pure water, dry them in the laundry room, and place them in the corresponding cabinet in the dust-free room; Cleaning of shoes: After rinsing the bottom with tap water, brush them clean with a shoe brush, rinse them with pure water, dry them in the laundry room, and take them to the dust-free room; when there is no production for one week, the shoes must be fully cleaned.
2. Air shower
How to use: After entering the locker room, the air shower time is 20s, and the lights are turned on at the same time; only one person is allowed to enter the air shower at a time, and it is strictly forbidden for more than one person to enter at the same time; employees must enter the air shower after the air shower is over before entering the bottle placement room; the door of the air shower is strictly prohibited from being opened during the air shower process.
Maintenance method: Check the ventilation of the vents every day to see if they are normal; inspect all vents once a month, and wipe the inside of the vents with a towel soaked in alcohol.
Hygiene requirements: No hair or stains on the ground.

3. Transfer window
How to use: During the material transfer process, turn on the UV lamp, and do not use brute force to pull the door; after the items are transferred, the door must be closed tightly.
Maintenance method: Open and close the door gently. If the UV lamp or handle fails, report it to the superior leader in time.
Hygiene requirements: Keep the transfer window clean, without water droplets and dirt.
4. Clean room high-efficiency filter
How to use: After turning on the fan for 30 minutes every day, record the internal and external pressure difference. The pressure difference requirement: workshop air pressure>10pa;
Maintenance method: If there is an abnormal situation, such as: the Air volume of the vent is significantly reduced, it must be reported to the superior leader in time; replace the high-efficiency filter once a year.

5. UV lamp
How to use: After work every day, turn on the UV lamp; after starting work, turn off the UV lamp.
Maintenance method: When the UV lamp is not bright, the lamp tube must be replaced in time; after turning it on, check it every day.
Hygiene requirements: Keep the outer surface of the UV lamp free of residue and dirt.
6. Air conditioner
Usage: Turn on the air conditioner after work: Turn off the air conditioner after work;
Maintenance method: If the air conditioner fails, such as: no cooling, etc., it must be reported to the superior in time; the opening and closing of the air conditioner is managed by a dedicated person, and other personnel are not allowed to turn it on and off at will.
Hygiene requirements: Clean the air conditioner and air duct once every six months.
7. Pipeline ozone disinfector

Usage: The startup time is: 8:15-9:30; if the time is not suitable, it can be modified later;
Maintenance method: Overhaul once a month.
Hygiene requirements: Keep the outer surface of the equipment clean, and the inside must be wiped clean during maintenance
8. UV circulation disinfector
Usage: Turn it on before filling starts; turn it off after filling is completed; the opening and closing of the UV circulation disinfector is managed by a dedicated person, and other personnel are not allowed to turn it on and off at will;
Maintenance method: Overhaul once a month.
Hygiene requirements: Keep the outer surface clean and wipe the inside clean during maintenance.
9. Dehumidifier
How to use: The relevant parameters are set by a dedicated person, and the dehumidifier is always in the open state; if a fault occurs, report it to the superior in time.
Maintenance method: Maintenance once a month.

10. Thermometer and hygrometer
How to use: Fill in the temperature and humidity as required, and make relevant notes.
Maintenance method: Replace the battery once a month.
Hygiene requirements: Keep the outer surface clean.
11. Ozone generator

How to use: The relevant parameters of the ozone generator are set by a dedicated person, and the current set time is: 22:00-23:00, 0:00-1:00, 2:00-3:00.; If there is any adjustment, the relevant personnel must be notified in time, and the rest of the personnel shall not make adjustments without reason;
Maintenance method: Check whether the ozone generator is working properly every day.
Hygiene requirements: Keep the outer surface clean, and wipe the inside clean during maintenance.
12. Timer
How to use: Set the relevant parameters before work. During the work, it should be operated by specialized personnel. Those who are not skilled or do not know how to use it should try not to use it casually.
Maintenance method: Replace the battery once a month.
