Preparation Before Construction
1. | Anyone entering must fill out an application form. One project requires one application form, valid for max one week. |
2. | Construction permits must be worn when entering the clean control area. |
3. | Prepare vacuum cleaners and other necessary cleaning tools. |
4. | All tools and materials must be wiped clean before entering the clean area. |
5. | Non-essential items like food and drinks are prohibited. |
6. | Everyone must enter and exit through designated entrances. |
7. | Clean clothing should be worn at all times. |
8. | Construction machinery must have contractor logos. |
9. | "Hot work" requires special application submission. |

Precautions During Construction
No smoking, eating, or betel nuts in clean areas
No oil usage; tools must not leak oil
Use clean aluminum samples and scaffolding only
Transport materials off ground without dragging
Only trucks with rubber wheels permitted
Protect surroundings when welding is necessary
Isolate work areas with plastic sheets for pollution work
Mark any dangerous situations at the construction site
