1. Purpose of Dust-free workshop management

The production process of EVA solar encapsulation amine film has clear cleanliness requirements for dust-free workshops. In order to meet the needs of production processes, ensure product quality and safe production, the environment, personnel, equipment and production processes of the workshop must be controlled.

2. Principles of dust-free workshop management

a) Management of entry into the workshop, including the entry of workshop staff, the entry of materials, the movement of various equipment and the maintenance and management of related equipment and pipelines, should ensure that particles and microorganisms are not brought into the workshop.

b) Operation management technology. The production, wearing and cleaning of clean work clothes for workshop personnel; the movement and movement of operators; the selection and cleaning of indoor equipment and decoration materials. Sterilization, etc., to minimize and prevent the generation, retention and reproduction of dust particles and microorganisms in the workshop.

c) Strictly maintain and manage various equipment and facilities, formulate corresponding operating procedures, and ensure that various equipment and facilities operate normally as required, including purification Air conditioning systems, various water, gas and electricity systems, production process equipment and tools, etc. To ensure product production process requirements and air cleanliness levels.

d) Cleaning and sterilization management, make clear regulations on the cleaning, sterilization, methods, cycles and inspections of various equipment and facilities in the workshop, and prevent and eliminate the generation, retention and reproduction of dust particles and microorganisms in the workshop.

e) The content of workshop environment control includes: air purification, clean buildings, water or gas or chemicals in direct contact with products and production equipment, tools and other pollutants.

3. Scope of application

All production areas and auxiliary rooms of EVA solar encapsulation film (including personnel purification rooms, material purification rooms and related living rooms, etc.), management areas in the workshop (including some offices, duty, management and lounges, etc.) and new, rebuilt and expanded factory buildings and their auxiliary rooms in the future.

4. Responsibilities and obligations

a)Workshop personnel are obliged to keep the workshop clean and tidy, and it is strictly forbidden to enter the workshop directly through the side passage without passing through the air shower.

b)Operators must strictly follow the operating procedures when working, and are not allowed to run, jump, fight or shout, do not make unnecessary movements, and do not make dust-prone and large movements.

c)When operators work in the workshop, try to avoid the phenomenon of gathering of people. If there are special collaboration needs at individual workstations, employees at other workstations are prohibited from gathering or watching other work that is not related to their workstations during normal working hours.

d)It is not allowed to bring items that are not related to production and are prone to dust into the workshop. Smoking, eating and non-productive activities are strictly prohibited inside the workshop.
