In order to create a good working environment in the dust-free room, truly achieve dust-free operation, ensure product quality, and meet customer needs, a dust-free room environmental management system has been specially formulated. We hope that all relevant personnel will strictly implement it.
(Figure 1: Electronics Factory)
1. Workshop personnel must wear anti-static work clothes, work hats and special cloth shoes when entering the dust-free room.
(1) Work hats should be worn straight, and long hair and bangs should be tucked into the hat; the zipper of the dust-proof clothes should be closed; cloth shoes should be worn properly and should not be used as slippers. Walking barefoot in the workshop is not allowed.
(2) The difference in clothing between workshop managers, quality inspectors and employees is: managers and quality inspectors wear yellow dust-free clothes, and employees wear blue dust-free clothes.
(3) Work clothes and work hats are strictly prohibited from being worn outside the second floor; workshop special cloth shoes can only be worn in the workshop and the locker room, and are strictly prohibited from being worn in other areas. You must change your shoes or wear shoe covers when going to the bathroom or taking materials from the semi-finished product warehouse.
(4) Your own shoes must be placed in the cabinet and cannot be placed on the floor of the locker room.
(5) Dust-proof clothing, work hats, and cloth shoes should be washed and changed frequently to keep them clean and hygienic.
2. Company managers and visiting customers must wear white coats, work hats, and shoe covers when entering the dust-free room.
Outsiders are strictly prohibited from entering the dust-free room without the company's supervisor or above. Unrelated personnel of the company are not allowed to enter the dust-free room at will. If unrelated personnel are found entering the dust-free room, the workshop supervisor should persuade them to leave in time and report to the duty personnel.
(Figure 2: Requirements for personnel entering and exiting the clean room)
3. Management requirements for entering and exiting the air shower.
(1) When entering and exiting the air shower, you must push and pull the door according to the instructions on the door. Do not push or pull it randomly.
(2) A maximum of 3 people can enter the air shower room at a time, and they must wait for more than 10 seconds of air showering before entering the workshop. When air showering, you are not allowed to lean against the door or wall of the air shower, nor can you squeeze together. You must stand facing the air outlet of the air shower to completely blow off the dust. You must wait until the air shower is over before pushing the door to enter the workshop.
(3) When leaving the workshop through the air shower passage, you must first close the door facing the workshop, and then push the door to exit the air shower.
(4) The normal direction of the air nozzle in the air shower should be downward. Please do not fiddle with the adjusted air nozzle direction at will to achieve the maximum dust removal effect. The workshop supervisor must check the direction of the air nozzle every day.
4. Personal belongings management
(1) It is strictly forbidden to bring things or food that are not related to work into the workshop.
(2) It is strictly forbidden to eat breakfast in the area inside the factory (stairs, corridors, locker rooms)
(3) Umbrellas and raincoats must be placed in the designated location on the first floor and are strictly prohibited from being brought to the second floor.
(Figure 3: Air shower)
5. When raw materials enter the dust-free room, they must first remove the outer packaging carton outside the air shower and place it in the Cargo air shower before entering the dust-free room.
6. Employees must properly keep the keys of the wardrobe and shoe cabinet when entering the dust-free room. If they are lost, the person responsible will pay for the repair.
7. The emergency exit in the workshop is for use in emergencies and is strictly prohibited from being opened at ordinary times. The workshop supervisor should train employees on how to use the emergency exit; outsiders entering the workshop must wear protective clothing and be accompanied by the workshop supervisor.
8. Dust-free room temperature and humidity management regulations:
(1) Temperature standard: 15℃-28℃
(2) Humidity standard: 30%-75%:
(3) When the temperature and humidity exceed the specification range, immediately contact the department supervisor for improvement. When the temperature is lower than 15℃ and higher than 28℃, the humidity is lower than 30% and higher than 70%, and the products are differentiated and tracked.
