Procedure Overview

This procedure is intended to standardize and maintain the company's process inspection procedures, ensure that the company's quality system and covered products meet the specified requirements during the production process, and prevent unqualified products from flowing into the next process. By establishing clear inspection points, inspection items and operating procedures, it provides a solid guarantee for production quality.

1 Purpose

Applicable to quality inspection of products covered by the company's quality system during the production process.

3 Responsibilities

Quality Department

Determine each inspection point according to the production process
Responsible for preparing workshop process operation instructions
Clarify the inspection points and items in the process standards

Workshop Inspector

Inspect according to the process operation instructions
Responsible for implementing inspection work
Supervise production personnel to confirm and record raw and auxiliary materials

Production operators

Responsible for post self-inspection
Confirm and record raw and auxiliary materials
Handle unqualified semi-finished products according to the operating instructions

4 Workflow

4.1 Inspector Setup and Inspection Control Methods

Inspection points and project confirmation

The quality department determines the inspection points and items based on the production process and clearly states them in the corresponding process standards.

Preparation of work instructions

The quality department is responsible for preparing process operation instructions, which will be implemented after approval by the vice president of quality or the general manager.

Requirements for the content of the guide

It includes varieties, inspection items, Sampling methods, Inspection methods, inspection basis, instruments and equipment used, judgment standards, inspection frequency and record format.

4.2 Process Inspection

Prenatal preparation and handover

Workshop inspectors should make preparations for pre-production inspections and shift handovers.

Confirmation of raw and auxiliary materials

Before production, production staff confirm and record raw and auxiliary materials (including water for beverages), and workshop inspectors supervise.

Production process sampling

During the production process, workshop inspectors are responsible for random inspections and record keeping.

Semi-finished product re-inspection

The workshop inspector shall re-inspect the remaining semi-finished products of the shift and the semi-finished products of the current shift according to the process operation instructions, and production may only be continued after the re-inspection is qualified.

Defective product handling

For semi-finished products that are determined to be unqualified during inspection, production personnel will control them according to the corresponding unqualified product handling operating instructions to prevent them from flowing into the next process.

Problem Correction

For actual or potential non-conforming factors, inspectors must promptly work with production team leaders to correct them to avoid causing greater losses.
