4.1. General Manager
- •Responsible for implementing the national laws, regulations, guidelines, policies, etc. on product hygiene quality in the company
- •Determine and promulgate the company's hygiene quality policy and objectives, organize the establishment of a hygiene quality system, and make it operate continuously and effectively.
- • Responsible for equipping the resources required to establish and operate the hygiene quality system.
- •Responsible for presiding over the internal audit of the hygiene quality system.
- •Grasp the basic management work related to the company and product quality.
4.2. Deputy General Manager of Quality
Assist the General Manager in managing all aspects of hygiene quality and be responsible for daily affairs.- Responsible for implementing the instructions or instructions issued by the General Manager on technical management, hygiene quality and inspection
- • Assist the General Manager in solving major process, technical problems and major product hygiene quality problems in production.
