1.0 Purpose

In order to enforce strict workshop work discipline, improve product quality, create a civilized and harmonious working environment and facilitate daily management.


2.0 Scope of application

Applicable to all staff who enter the mobile phone manufacturing plant without sitting in the workshop.

3.0 Workshop discipline

3.1 Before entering the Dust-free workshop: anti-static clothing, anti-static hats, anti-static slippers and other dust-free workshop special anti-static equipment must be worn neatly, and violators will be fined 10 yuan.

3.2 It is forbidden to bring non-work-related or personal items into the dust-free workshop (such as mobile phones, MP3s, umbrellas, tea cups, handbags, etc.). Violators will be fined 10 yuan.

3.3 Those who doze off, make loud noises, talk about topics unrelated to work, sing and dance during working hours, walk around and make trouble in the workshop without a leave card, and read newspapers and magazines unrelated to work will be given a verbal warning for the first time and a fine of 20 yuan for the second time.

3.4 Those who eat, drink water, litter, and spit in the workshop (including after get off work) will be fined 10 yuan.

3.5 If you need to leave your post during work, you must ask for leave from the team leader, find someone to replace you, and wear a leave certificate before you can leave. The time of absence must not exceed 10 minutes. Those who walk around without a leave certificate will be fined 10 yuan.

3.6 If you lean on the wall, lean (lie) on the machine, desk or workbench, sleep on a stool, do not wear anti-static slippers, or cross your legs during work, you will be fined 10 yuan.

3.7 It is forbidden to wear anti-static clothing, anti-static hats, and anti-static slippers outside the anti-static factory area. Violators will be fined 20 yuan.

3.8 Those who do not care for company property and damage public property will be dealt with according to the circumstances.

3.9 Those who quarrel or fight in the workshop will be dealt with according to the circumstances.

Penalty method: (1) Those who quarrel will be fined 20 yuan each; (2) Those who fight will be dismissed; (3) Those with serious circumstances will be reported to the public security organs for legal responsibility.

3.10 In the workshop, we must be civilized and polite, not swear, unite and promote team spirit. 

3.11 Fireworks are strictly prohibited in the dust-free workshop. If fire is required in special circumstances, it must be used under the supervision and guidance of safety supervisors. Those who carry or use fire or smoke cigarettes in the workshop in violation of regulations.

Penalties: (1) a fine of 200 yuan; (2) dismissal; (3) if the circumstances are serious, the case will be reported to the public security organs for legal liability.

3.12 Those who litter materials, intentionally damage, or privately carry components and products out of the workshop will be dealt with according to the circumstances. 4.0 Clothing standards

4.1 Clothes must be buttoned, anti-static slippers must be worn, all hair must be put into the anti-static hat, and clothes must be neat.

4.2 Anti-static wristbands (corded or cordless), anti-static gloves or finger cots must be worn when entering the workbench. After the anti-static wristband is worn neatly, it must be tested by the anti-static tester before operation.

4.3 It is forbidden to wear rings, bracelets, watches and other items during work.

4.4 Anti-static clothing, anti-static shoes, and anti-static hats should be washed once a week.

4.5 Anyone who violates any of the above wearing standards will be fined 10 yuan each time.


5.0 Work area

5.1 The equipment must be kept clean and tidy. It is not allowed to post any non-regulatory labels (paper, tape) on the machine or equipment, and it is not allowed to scribble on the machine, materials or equipment.

5.2 No sundries are allowed on the machine (such as: dust-free cloth, dust-free paper, finger cots, wrenches, etc.). 

5.3 All work tools must be placed neatly according to the specified standards and cannot be placed randomly. Always organize and keep the items in the workbench area clean and tidy (including the workbench), and the stools must be returned when people leave.

5.4 Always keep your tools clean, such as (finger cots, tweezers, dust-free cloth, etc.)

5.5 Clean your work area (group).

5.6 When leaving get off work, semi-finished products, finished products, and defective finished products must be placed and covered according to the labels before leaving get off work.

5.7 Anyone who violates the regulations will be fined 20 yuan each time.

6.0 Regulations on electricity use

6.1 The lighting power supply and equipment power supply in the workshop must be turned off at the end of each day.

6.2 The air conditioner must be turned off in time after leaving get off work every day, and employees are not allowed to adjust the air conditioner button.

6.3 Those who violate the above regulations will be fined 20 yuan each time.


7.0 Safety management

7.1 Each group leader will check the safe placement of flammable items such as wine, self-electric oil, etc. before leaving get off work every day.

7.2 Each group leader must check the equipment status before leaving get off work and notify the maintenance of the problematic equipment in time. After checking all the items in the group, they can leave work.

7.3 Everyone can supervise each other. Those who are found to be true after investigation will be fined 20-50 yuan each time. 

7.4 Those who care for the collective, act bravely or solve safety hazards (fire prevention, theft prevention) in time will be rewarded as appropriate.

8.0 Notes

8.1 For those with better performance, they can apply for rewards such as commendation, minor merit, major merit, promotion (salary increase) according to company regulations.

8.2 For those with poor performance, they can apply for punishments such as warning, minor offense, major offense, dismissal (demotion or salary reduction trial) according to company regulations.

8.3 Those who make mistakes three times in a row in the same month will be severely punished (salary reduction), and the team leader will be subject to joint punishment.


9.0 Things to note before entering the dust-free workshop

9.1. Employees, foreign guests and contractors who have not been recognized must register with the relevant personnel to enter and leave the dust-free workshop, and they must be accompanied by qualified personnel before entering.

9.2. Anyone who enters the cleanroom for work or visit must change into clean clothes, hats, and shoes according to regulations before entering the cleanroom, and cannot tidy up clean clothes in the cleanroom.

9.3. Personal belongings (handbags, books, etc.) and tools not used in the cleanroom shall not be brought into the cleanroom without the permission of the cleanroom supervisor; maintenance manuals and tools should be put away immediately after use.

9.4. When raw materials enter the cleanroom, they must be unpacked and wiped outside, and placed in the cargo wind and shower before being brought into the cleanroom.

9.5. The cleanroom and office area are non-smoking areas. If you smoke, you must rinse your mouth after smoking before entering the cleanroom.

9.6. In the cleanroom, you are not allowed to eat, play, or do other things unrelated to production.

9.7 People entering the cleanroom should keep their bodies clean, wash their hair frequently, and are prohibited from using perfume and cosmetics.

9.8. Shorts, walking shoes and socks are not allowed when entering the dust-free workshop.

9.9. Mobile phones, keys and lighters are not allowed to be brought into the dust-free workshop. They should be placed in personal clothing boxes.

9.10. Non-staff members are not allowed to enter the dust-free workshop without approval.

9.11. It is strictly forbidden to lend temporary certificates to others or bring unauthorized persons into the dust-free workshop.

9.12. All personnel must clean their work stations according to regulations before leaving get off work.


10.0 Internal management regulations of dust-free workshop

1. No one is allowed to enter the dust-free workshop directly without permission. All personnel who enter the dust-free workshop must wear anti-static clothing, shoes, etc., and enter and exit through the air shower according to the designated route;

2. In case of emergency, please evacuate personnel from the designated safety exit.

3. Employees' anti-static clothing, etc. must be kept and used in designated locations and must be washed once a week. The washing method is not limited, but it must be dried with water.

4. All materials and finished products entering and leaving the dust-free workshop are completed through the transfer window and cannot be directly entered and exited through the door.

5. Packing and unpacking operations are not allowed in the dust-free workshop;

6. All large materials that need to enter and exit the workshop must pass through the on-site vehicle. With the consent of managers above the room director, enter and exit through the designated door;

7. All desks and file cabinets with drawers are not allowed to enter the dust-free workshop. All items entering the dust-free workshop must be cleaned and thoroughly cleared to ensure that no dust is brought in;

8. The dust-free workshop must use special fixtures, clean and maintain regularly to ensure that the dust-free requirements are met.

9. The dust-free workshop must use special instruments, and perform temperature, humidity, and dust particle tests regularly by designated personnel and locations, and keep records to ensure that the specified requirements are met;

10. During work, it is strictly forbidden to make loud noises in the workshop, it is strictly forbidden to say words unrelated to work, minimize the frequency of personnel flow, and prohibit running to avoid dust;

11. When the air conditioner is turned on, it is recommended to use the broadcasting system, intercom system, telephone, and network system for work communication, and try to reduce the frequency of people and logistics in and out of the workshop to avoid the loss of air conditioning gas.

12. It is strictly forbidden to bring personal items, drinks and other non-dust-proof items into the workshop for use.

13. The kanban board cannot be hung in the workshop. It can be stored and rested in the workshop. When handling office supplies, it is not allowed to create a series of garbage and generate dust;

14. The workers in the workshop (including: various processes and quality inspections of the quality assurance department, etc.) shall all work in fixed positions and manage the required items (such as: materials, tools, signs, etc.)

15. Resting in the workshop is not allowed (if you need to rest in the middle due to working hours, you cannot rest in the workshop Sleep);

16. The floor, doors and windows, glass, walls and ceilings should be clean and intact without stains and dust. Equipment, pipes and pipelines should be neatly arranged and clean, and should be cleaned regularly;

17. All work items that will drop dust must be glued and repaired, and dust should not fall into the workshop;

18. Scrap and discarded items in the dust-free workshop should be cleaned regularly.

19. Compliance with personal work regulations in the dust-free workshop.

The mouth must cover the nostrils and mouth;

Cosmetics cannot be used in the dust-free workshop;

Nail filing or nail cutting is not allowed in the dust-free workshop.

Running and large movements are not allowed in the dust-free workshop.

Eating is not allowed in the dust-free workshop;

Combing hair is not allowed in the dust-free workshop;

Pencils are not allowed in the dust-free workshop.

20. Regardless of whether people or items enter or leave the dust-free workshop, the following three basic principles must be followed.

No entry: Do not bring dust from outside into the dust-free workshop.

No residue: Garbage or dust generated in the dust-free workshop must not remain in the dust-free workshop.

No generation: People, items, and equipment must not generate dust in the dust-free workshop due to improper actions.

21. Personnel education and training must be conducted from time to time to ensure that relevant personnel understand and comprehend the cleanliness requirements and abide by the rules.
