Principle
The Neg Furls Negative Pressure Weighing Chamber provides a high cleanliness working environment and prevents cross contamination through an innovative vertical unidirectional airflow design. The core principles include vertical unidirectional airflow, high-efficiency filters and a negative pressure environment, as described below:
The negative pressure weighing room uses a bag-in bag-out method to replace the G4 primary filters and the F8 plate type intermediate filters. To ensure cleanliness, the front side of the operating area is used for return air, while the front elevation of the personnel standing area is used as a mounting location for the human-machine interface or buttons.
The structure of the equipment consists of several parts: the working area, the return air box, the fan box, the air outlet box and the outer box. The control panel is located on the front side of the working area and utilizes a light-touch LED control panel. Through this panel, the user can control the start and stop of the fan, adjust the fan's operating conditions, and adjust the required air speed in the work area. These settings need to be adjusted by a professional after the unit is installed.
A differential pressure gauge is located next to the unit to test the resistance of the filter. There is also an exhaust air adjustment panel inside the air supply housing to ensure that the airflow is within reasonable limits.
