Negative Pressure Weighing Room is a localized purification equipment used exclusively in pharmaceutical, microbiological research and scientific experiments, etc. It provides a vertical unidirectional airflow. Part of the clean air is circulated in the working area and part is discharged to the neighboring area, resulting in negative pressure in the working area. Weighing and dispensing of dust and reagents in the equipment can control the spillage and uplift of dust and reagents, prevent the inhalation hazards of dust and reagents to human beings, and also avoid the cross-pollution of dust and reagents, and protect the external environment and the safety of indoor personnel.

High quality materials
Neg Furls Negative Pressure Weighing Chamber is made of 304 stainless steel, 1.2mm thick wall panels of the working area are oil brushed and shortened, the inner walls are connected with rounded corners, and the design is free of dead corners, which ensures the sealing and aesthetics.
Modular design
Negative pressure weighing hood adopts modular design, which is convenient for on-site assembly and disassembly. The system consists of intermediate and middle efficiency filters, high efficiency filters in the fan box and equalization membrane to ensure a high efficiency dust-free environment.
Reasonable structure
The weighing enclosure consists of a working area, a return air box, a fan box, an air outlet box and an outer box. The internal control panel uses Siemens touch screen inverter control system to control fan start/stop, frequency and wind speed adjustment, display filter differential pressure, wind speed, temperature and humidity, and is equipped with dust particle monitoring system for real-time monitoring of cleanliness and alarm function.
Intelligent monitoring
The differential pressure gauge measures the filter pressure and provides an indication of lasting performance. Four differential pressure sensors in the return air duct correspond to the equalization membrane and the resistance of filters at all levels, which are displayed on the touch screen in real time. When filter differential pressure is out of range, the system issues visual and audible alarms to ensure timely maintenance.

Chamber Construction:
The Neg Furls Negative Pressure Weighing Chamber is constructed from high quality SUS304 stainless steel, precision bent, welded and assembled. This design not only guarantees a high degree of flatness, but also facilitates cleaning. In addition, the electrical cabinet can be built-in or external according to the actual needs of the two ways, flexible to adapt to different operating environments.
Polymer equalization film:
The air outlet surface is equipped with polymer equalizing film to ensure the uniformity of wind speed, which can be precisely controlled between 5% and 10%. This design effectively improves the stability of airflow in the working area and ensures the cleanliness of the environment during operation.
Filter System:
The Neg Furls Negative Pressure Weighing Chamber is equipped with a two-stage filtration system of primary and high efficiency filters. The HEPA filter meets DOP or PAO testing requirements to ensure filtration performance to the most stringent standards. The filters are designed to be removable from the front or the top for easy replacement and maintenance.

Principle
Vertical unidirectional flow airflow:
Negative pressure weighing room adopts vertical unidirectional flow airflow form, so that the clean airflow forms a stable unidirectional flow in the working area. The return air is pre-filtered to dispose of the large dust particles in the airflow to protect the high efficiency filter.
High-efficiency filter:
The pre-treated air passes through the high-efficiency filter under the pressure provided by the centrifugal fan to meet the clean requirements. Both the air supply and exhaust air are processed by the high-efficiency filter to avoid secondary pollution.
Negative pressure environment:
Negative pressure is generated in the working process of the negative pressure weighing chamber, so that the direction of internal air flow is from outside to inside, and dust and other particles are collected to the lower hood and connected to the dust collector through the air duct for treatment.
