The equipment adopts vertical unidirectional flow airflow form, the return air first passes through the primary filter for pre-filtering, to dispose of the large dust particles in the airflow. After pretreatment, the air passes through the intermediate filter for secondary filtration to fully protect the high-efficiency filter. Under the pressure provided by the centrifugal fan, it passes through the high-efficiency filter to meet the clean requirements. The operation area and the external environment form a relative negative pressure, thus ensuring that the dust in this area will not spread to the outdoors, and play a role in protecting the external environment.

Specification
The Neg Furls Negative Pressure Weighing Chamber is a high performance, precision-designed weighing chamber designed to meet the needs of all types of fine weighing. The product consists of chassis, high-efficiency filter for air supply, high-efficiency filter for air exhaust, variable air volume fan set, PLC control system and sensing system.
High-quality materials and technology:
The chassis is made of brushed fingerprint-free stainless steel SUS304 and processed through integrated sheet metal bending process, which has a beautiful and clean appearance and is easy to clean and maintain, ensuring the long-term service life and hygienic standard of the weighing room.
Efficient airflow management:
Negative pressure weighing chamber adopts vertical upward and side return airflow design. The air flows through the working area from top to bottom, and the flying dust is pressed to the filtering device at the bottom of the side. The air is pumped by the fan to the static pressure box of the high-efficiency filter, part of which is sent back to the working area, and the other part is discharged to the outside of the working area, forming a stable negative-pressure environment to ensure cleanliness and safety.
Precision control and monitoring:
The weighing room is equipped with four differential pressure sensors to monitor the indoor and outdoor negative pressure, bag-in bag-out resistance, high-efficiency resistance to air supply and high-efficiency resistance to exhaust, and another wind speed sensor. Siemens PLC controller is used for online dynamic control to ensure that the system is always maintained within the set parameters. If it deviates from the set state, the system automatically corrects itself and issues an alarm if necessary.
Advanced filtration system:
The weighing room is equipped with a double high-efficiency filter system, in which both air supply and exhaust are processed through high-efficiency filters. The primary and intermediate effect and bag-in-bag-out devices further enhance the dust treatment capacity and ensure the cleanliness of the weighing environment.

Polymer homogeneous membrane:
The air outlet side of the negative pressure weighing chamber is made of a polymer homogenizing membrane, a material with excellent air distribution properties, capable of controlling air velocity uniformity in the range of 5% to 10%. The uniform air velocity ensures the stability of the weighing environment and reduces the impact of air turbulence on weighing accuracy.
Filter:
The Negative Pressure Weighing Chamber is equipped with a two-stage filtration system consisting of a primary filter and a high-efficiency filter. The primary filter is used to capture larger particles, while the HEPA filter is used for fine particles, and its performance meets DOP (Dioctyl Phthalate) or PAO (Polyalphaolefin) test requirements to ensure filtration efficiency and air quality. The HEPA filters are designed for easy maintenance and can be removed and replaced from the front or the top, greatly facilitating operation and maintenance.
Differential Pressure Gauges:
The negative pressure weighing chamber is equipped with two differential pressure gauges to monitor the pressure difference between the chamber and outside in real time. The differential pressure gauges allow the user to keep track of the working condition of the filters and the air flow, ensuring that the negative pressure weighing chamber is always in optimal working condition.
