Negative Pressure Weighing Chamber, is a local air purification equipment specially designed for weighing raw and auxiliary materials in pharmaceutical factories. It provides a vertical single airflow, part of which circulates in the working area, while the other part is filtered by a high-efficiency filter and discharged out of the equipment, thus allowing a negative pressure to form inside the equipment relative to the outside, in order to prevent the spread of dust and cross-contamination, and to protect the safety of staff and the surrounding environment.

The main structure is made of 304 stainless steel, with wall panels of 1.2mm thickness, oil brushed short wire finish and connected by internal rounded corners to ensure a dead-end free design, sealing of the working area and cleanliness and aesthetics.
The negative pressure weighing chamber adopts modularized design, which is very convenient for on-site assembly and disassembly. The system consists of primary filters, intermediate filters, high-efficiency filters, fan boxes and equalizing membranes to ensure efficient operation of air filtration and diversion.
The control panel inside the equipment is located at the front of the working area, and adopts Siemens touch screen inverter control system, which can control the starting and stopping of the fan, adjust the fan frequency, and meet the air speed requirements needed in different working areas.
The panel displays the differential pressure, air velocity, temperature and humidity of the primary filter, intermediate filter, high-efficiency filter and equalizing membrane.
Dust particle monitoring system monitors dynamic cleanliness in real time, provides cleanliness reference and alarms wind speed, differential pressure and cleanliness abnormality.
Differential pressure gauges are used to measure pressure at different filter stages to ensure continuous performance of the weighing chamber.
Primary filters need to be cleaned periodically depending on usage. Four differential pressure sensors are provided in the return air clamping channel, which correspond to monitoring the resistance of the equalizing membrane, the primary filter, the intermediate filter and the high efficiency filter, and are displayed on the touch screen. When the differential pressure of the filters is out of range, an alarm will be issued on the touch screen and the automatic control box.

Variable Frequency Control:

Lighting & Sterilization:
The lighting system in the weighing chamber has been carefully designed to ensure an illumination level of over 300 Lux at a height of one meter from the floor. This not only provides sufficient illumination to ensure visibility of the operation, but also improves work efficiency. For sterilization needs, we offer two options: high-efficiency germicidal lamps and ozone generators. Users can choose the appropriate sterilization method according to their specific needs to ensure a clean and hygienic weighing environment.
Weighing table:

Principle
The Neg Furls Negative Pressure Weighing Chamber is a state-of-the-art weighing device whose principle of operation is based on three key components: vertical unidirectional airflow, high efficiency filters and a negative pressure environment.
Vertical unidirectional airflow:
The Negative Pressure Weighing Chamber generates a vertical unidirectional airflow through a fan system, blowing down from the top to ensure that the air in the operating area remains clean at all times. This design not only effectively controls the spread of dust and contaminants, but also provides a safe and clean operating environment.
High Efficiency Filter:
The equipment is equipped with a G4 primary effect filter and an F8 plate type medium effect filter, which adopts a bag-in-bag-out replacement structure. The primary filter is responsible for intercepting larger particles, while the intermediate filter further purifies the air, ensuring that the air entering the operation area meets high cleanliness standards. The filters are easy to replace, ensuring the long-term efficient operation of the equipment.
Negative Pressure Environment:
The negative pressure weighing chamber prevents contaminants from escaping by maintaining a lower air pressure environment inside the equipment than outside. The front of the operation area is equipped with a return air outlet, and the air is circulated through the return air box, fan box and outlet air box to form a stable negative pressure environment.
Equipment structure:
Negative pressure weighing room is assembled from several major parts, including working area, return air box, fan box, air outlet box and outer box. The front of the operation area is equipped with a control panel, which adopts a light-touch LED display to facilitate the operator to control the starting and stopping of the fan, adjusting the wind speed and fan conditions. Next to it is a differential pressure gauge, which is used to monitor the resistance of the filters to ensure that the equipment operates in the best condition. In addition, there is also an exhaust air adjustment plate inside the air supply box, which is adjusted by professional personnel after the installation of the equipment to ensure that the exhaust air volume is within a reasonable range.
