Differential Pressure Gauge:
Neg Furls negative pressure weighing chambers are equipped with two highly accurate differential pressure gauges. These differential pressure gauges are used to monitor the pressure difference between the chamber and the outside of the chamber in real time, ensuring that a stable negative pressure environment is maintained during any operation. The differential pressure gauges allow the user to identify and adjust any factors that may affect the stability of the negative pressure, thus ensuring safe and accurate weighing operations.
Polymer flow-evening membrane:
In order to improve the uniformity of airflow, Neg Furls negative pressure weighing chamber adopts advanced polymer equalization membrane technology. Principle
The Neg Furls Negative Pressure Weighing Chamber is designed to provide a high cleanliness working environment to ensure the accuracy and safety of the weighing process. The system maintains negative pressure in the operating area through a series of advanced filtration and air circulation technologies, in compliance with pharmaceutical GMP standards.
The air in the room is initially purified by primary and intermediate filters. After that, the air is pressed by centrifugal fans into a static pressure box, and then passes through a high-efficiency filter for deeper purification. The air treated by the high-efficiency filter will be blown out evenly from the air outlet of the air diffusion air supply unit to form a uniform cross-section air velocity. In this way, clean air flows through the work area, ensuring a high level of cleanliness in the operating area.
To further enhance safety and accuracy, the center weighing hood of the Neg Furls Negative Pressure Weighing Chamber is maintained at negative pressure at all times. This design ensures that no contaminants escape during the weighing process, while exhausting approximately 10% of the recirculated air, increasing the stability and safety of the system.
The air in the center weighing chamber is self-circulating through a three-stage filtration system. This system includes a high-efficiency filter capable of removing 99.99% of particulate matter (≥0.3μm). This efficient dust removal ensures a clean operating environment that meets the strict GMP requirements of pharmaceutical companies.
