Negative Pressure Raw Material Sampling Room is a localized purification equipment used exclusively in pharmaceutical, microbiological research and scientific experiments, etc. It provides a vertical unidirectional airflow. Part of the clean air is circulated in the working area and part is discharged to the neighboring area, creating negative pressure in the working area. Weighing and dispensing of dust and reagents in the equipment can control the spillage and uplift of dust and reagents, prevent the inhalation hazards of dust and reagents to human beings, and also avoid the cross-pollution of dust and reagents, and protect the external environment and the safety of indoor personnel.

Working Principle

1. Vertical unidirectional flow airflow: the negative pressure weighing room adopts vertical unidirectional flow airflow form, so that the clean airflow forms a stable unidirectional flow in the working area. The return air is pre-filtered to dispose of the large dust particles in the airflow to protect the high-efficiency filter.

2. High-efficiency filter: After pretreatment, the air passes through the high-efficiency filter under the pressure provided by the centrifugal fan to meet the clean requirements. The air supply and exhaust are processed by the high-efficiency filter to avoid secondary pollution.

3. Negative pressure environment: Negative pressure is generated in the working process of the negative pressure weighing room, so that the direction of internal air flow is from outside to inside, and the dust and other particles are collected to the lower hood and connected to the dust collector through the air duct for treatment.

Functional features

  • Prevent cross contamination: The negative pressure weighing chamber is designed with vertical unidirectional airflow to effectively isolate the working area from the external environment, avoiding the entry of contamination sources and ensuring the sterility of the experimental process.

  • High-efficiency dust removal: The negative pressure weighing chamber is equipped with a dust concentration port, which is connected to a dust collector through an air duct to efficiently filter and separate dust and other particles, ensuring a clean environment inside the enclosure.

  • Easy operation: During the weighing process, the negative pressure weighing chamber can automatically remove dust by pouring materials into the upper hood and closing the upper hood. After weighing, open the upper cover to take out the material, simple and fast operation.

  • Environmental protection and energy saving: The negative pressure weighing room adopts airtight design, which reduces the emission of dust and other particles and the pollution to the outdoor environment. At the same time, the internal air is recycled to save energy.

High Efficiency Filter Requirements

The pre-treated air passes through the high-efficiency filter under the pressure provided by the centrifugal fan to meet the clean requirements. Both air supply and exhaust air are treated by high efficiency filter to avoid secondary pollution.
