Working principle of cargo shower

In terms of working principle, the cargo shower uses a fan to pass air through the primary filter into the static pressure box, and then passes through the high-efficiency air filter to generate high-speed clean airflow. 

This airflow is blown onto the cargo through a rotatable nozzle to effectively remove dust particles attached to the surface of the cargo. 

The air flow direction in the cargo shower is usually unidirectional to prevent dust particles from contaminating the clean air again.

How to use the cargo shower room

Before personnel/cargo enters the cargo shower room, the double doors are interlocked. Personnel can only enter the air shower room from the entrance door, and the exit door is locked;

When personnel/cargo enters the cargo shower room, the entrance door is automatically closed;

Voice prompt, infrared automatic induction shower, double doors are locked during shower;

After showering, personnel/cargo can only leave from the exit door, the entrance door is locked, and the exit door is automatically closed.

Cargo shower room failure maintenance

• The inspection and maintenance of the equipment should be operated by trained personnel.

• The circuit is installed in the upper box of the entrance door. Open the panel door lock to repair and replace the circuit board. Turn off the power during maintenance.

• The filter is installed in the middle section of the main box (behind the nozzle plate). Remove the nozzle panel and remove the filter.

• When installing the door closer body, the speed regulating valve faces the door hinge, and when closing the door, let the door close under the action of the door closer. Do not add external force, otherwise the door closer may be damaged.

• The fan is installed at the lower side of the air shower box, and the return air filter is removed.

• The door magnetic switch and electronic lock (double door interlock) are installed in the middle of the door frame of the Henan air shower room. Remove the screws on the electric lock surface for inspection and maintenance.

• The primary filter (for return air) is installed on both sides of the lower side of the Henan air shower room box (that is, behind the orifice plate). Remove the orifice plate and replace it.
