Detection of indoor air temperature and relative humidity
1. Before the indoor air temperature and relative humidity are measured, the purification Air conditioning system should have been running continuously for at least 24 hours. The test results should meet the design standards, the clean area temperature is 21~25°℃, humidity: 50%~60%; the office area and ordinary area temperature is 22~28℃.
2. Indoor measurement points are distributed according to the following principles.

Detection of noise in clean rooms
Generally, only the value of A sound level is measured, static noise ≤65dB, dynamic noise ≤70dB.
The location of the measuring point is set at 5 points. For rooms with an area of less than 15m2, 1 point in the center of the room can be used; the height of the measuring point is 1.1m from the ground.
Detection of illumination
The illumination in the room is measured by a portable illuminance meter, 200Lnx+20Lnx for the working area of the LED division, 150Lnx+20Lnx for the thousand-level working area of the large-size division, and 200Lnx±20Lnx for other areas.
The measured value of the clean room illumination is the average value of each measuring point.
The plane of the public measuring point is 0.8m from the ground. The measuring point is taken according to the principle of average distribution. The measuring point should be 1m away from the wall.
Clean room wall acceptance
All wall and ceiling color steel plates must not have plate depressions, dark cracks, and surface decoration pollution caused by collision, knocking, trampling, and water-intensive operations during our construction process.
All wall and ceiling color steel plate joints should be flush and sealed with sealant;
The intersections between the walls, walls, floors, and walls in the clean room should be uniformly transitioned with arcs and sealed with sealants.
Floor acceptance
All epoxy resin floors should be flat, dust-free, bubble-free, and have a mirror effect;

Acceptance of purification air conditioning system
The air duct shall not have horizontal splicing, and the longitudinal splicing seams shall be minimized.
The inner surface of the air duct must be flat and smooth, and no reinforcement frame or reinforcement ribs shall be set in the air duct.
The joints of the air duct shall be tight, and the air leakage shall meet the design requirements.
The air duct, static pressure box and components must be kept clean.
The outer surface of the insulation layer shall be flat, sealed, without expansion and loosening.
The handles of all valves shall be set in a position that is convenient for operation.
Electrical acceptance
The distribution board and cabinet in the clean room shall not be There should be no dust, and the doors of the panels and cabinets should be able to close tightly.
The inside of the junction box of concealed sockets, concealed socket boxes and switches must be cleaned, close to the surface, and installed correctly.
The lamps must be wiped clean before installation, and the lamp holders should be close to the ceiling.
The wire tube is connected to the junction box or distribution board and cabinet, and it should be sealed tightly after threading.
Acceptance of concealed projects
Hidden projects should be accepted in accordance with relevant specifications during the construction process
