The weighing operation area is protected by a Class 100 vertical laminar flow ISO 5 (NF, EN, ISO 14644-1), which complies with the requirements of FDA and EU GMP as well as China GMP.
Environment and conditions of use
Suitable for use at temperatures from 5°C to 40°C, relative humidity of not more than 85% (no condensation), atmospheric pressure of 86kPa to 106kPa, and power requirements of AC380v, three-phase, 50HZ.
Box structure material
The box structure material is SUS304# sanded stainless steel, thickness 1.0MM, welded flat, no dead corners, no welding marks on the surface treatment, to ensure the structure of the solid and beautiful.
Chamber Material
Neg Furls negative pressure weighing chambers are constructed of high quality SUS304 stainless steel, which not only offers excellent corrosion resistance, but is also easy to clean and maintain, making it ideal for use in laboratory environments that require frequent cleaning and sterilization. Stainless steel is also resistant to a wide range of chemicals, ensuring stability over long periods of time.
Polymer homogeneous membrane
The polymer equalization membrane on the air outlet side ensures uniformity of air velocity, which is critical to maintaining a stable environment in the weighing chamber. The presence of the membrane reduces wind speed fluctuations and provides strong support for accurate weighing.
Filtration System
The Neg Furls Negative Pressure Weighing Chamber is equipped with a two-stage filtration system of primary filters and high efficiency filters. This dual protection mechanism effectively captures airborne particles to meet DOP or PAO testing requirements and ensure a clean operating environment. The filters are easy to disassemble and replace from the front or the top, which greatly improves the working efficiency.
Differential Pressure Gauge
The differential pressure gauge is an important component for monitoring the performance of the filter, which can reflect the working status of the filter in real time and help users know in time whether the filter needs to be replaced or cleaned. This feature is critical to maintaining the continued efficient operation of the negative pressure weighing chamber.
Lighting / Sterilization
The interior of the weighing chamber is equipped with adequate lighting to ensure good visibility even in confined spaces. In addition, a germicidal lamp or ozone generator is provided to eliminate potential microbial contamination and to guarantee a clean weighing environment.
Weighing tables and sockets
The Neg Furls Negative Pressure Weighing Cells are supplied with weighing benches that can hold a variety of weighing utensils, with options to suit the customer's needs. Waterproof and dustproof industrial sockets are also provided to meet the power requirements of different equipment.
Principle
Negative pressure weighing room adopts vertical unidirectional flow airflow form, the return air is first pre-filtered through the primary filter to remove large particles of dust particles, and then through the intermediate filter for secondary filtration, and finally under the pressure of the centrifugal fan, it passes through the high-efficiency filter, and sends the clean air to the working area, and at the same time, maintains the relative negative pressure between the operation area and the external environment, to prevent dust from diffusing to the outdoor area, and to ensure the degree of cleanliness.
