Principle

  • Air circulation and filtration: After the indoor air is pre-treated by primary and secondary filters, it is pressed into the static pressure box by centrifugal fans and then blown out from the airflow diffusion air supply unit after passing through the high-efficiency filter to form a clean airflow.

  • Negative pressure environment formation: the operating area and the external environment to form a relative negative pressure, to prevent the spread of pollutants to the outdoors.

  • Even flow design: Through even flow membrane design, it ensures the formation of stable unidirectional airflow in the working area to control the spillage of dust and reagents as well as cross-contamination.

  • Control system: Adopting advanced PLC control system and sensing system to realize precise control of air volume and real-time monitoring of weighing environment.
