Neg Furls negative pressure weighing chambers are constructed from high quality SUS304 stainless steel, which is bent, welded and assembled to ensure a robust and corrosion-resistant structure, as well as being easy to clean and maintain.

• Filtration System

The filtration system is the core part of the Neg Furls negative pressure weighing chamber, which includes a primary filter and a high-efficiency filter. These two stages of filtration can effectively capture and remove airborne particles to ensure the cleanliness of the air. The HEPA filter meets DOP or PAO testing requirements and can be removed and replaced from the front or the top, providing efficient air purification.

• Control Systems

The Neg Furls Negative Pressure Weighing Chamber is equipped with an advanced control system, including inverter control and PLC control, which allows the user to operate the unit through the LCD display for air speed indication and setting alarm functions. In addition, differential pressure sensors and wind speed sensors are equipped to ensure stable operation and real-time monitoring of the system.

• Lighting and Sterilization

The weighing room is equipped with sufficient lighting to ensure that the illumination level of one meter in the working area is more than 300 Lux, and can be equipped with germicidal lamps or ozone generators to maintain a hygienic and safe weighing environment.

The Neg Furls Negative Pressure Weighing Chamber is also equipped with a weighing table and sockets, which are waterproof and dustproof industrial sockets, the number of which can be configured according to the customer's needs. In addition, a variety of optional accessories are available, such as wind speed sensors, differential pressure sensors, frequency converters, touch screen controls, etc., to meet the individual needs of different users.

Negative pressure weighing room adopts the form of vertical unidirectional airflow, the return air is first pre-filtered through the primary filter to remove large dust particles, then filtered through the secondary filter of the intermediate filter, and finally blown vertically through the high-efficiency filter to the working area under the pressure of centrifugal fan to ensure the air is clean. The remaining air is blown indoors through the external high-efficiency filter to form a negative pressure with the external environment and prevent the dust from spreading to the outdoors.
