Chamber Material
Neg Furls negative pressure weighing chambers are made of high quality SUS304 stainless steel, which has excellent corrosion resistance and durability to withstand a wide range of chemicals, as well as being easy to clean and maintain. Stainless steel ensures that the weighing chamber can operate stably for a long period of time in a variety of environments and meets the standard requirements for GMP certified equipment.
High polymer equalization membrane
The airflow surface of the weighing chamber is specially designed with a polymer equalization membrane, an innovative technology that ensures the uniform distribution of wind speed, with the uniformity of wind speed controlled between 5% and 10%, thus guaranteeing the accuracy and repeatability of the weighing. The presence of the uniform flow membrane significantly reduces the phenomenon of turbulence that may occur in the traditional system, and improves the working efficiency and safety.
Filtration Systems
Neg Furls negative pressure weighing chambers are equipped with a highly efficient filtration system consisting of a primary filter and a high efficiency filter. Double filtration ensures that the air is clean enough to meet DOP or PAO testing requirements. The filters can be removed and replaced from the front or the top for easy routine maintenance and cleaning.
Control System
The control system of the negative pressure weighing chamber is advanced in design, supporting LCD display and operation, with wind speed display and alarm function. Users can easily control the start/stop and wind speed of the fan through the touch screen to ensure the equipment running in the best condition.
Lighting and Sterilization
The weighing room is equipped with sufficient lighting to ensure that the light level in the working area is higher than 300 Lux, and at the same time, it can be equipped with germicidal lamps or ozone generators to ensure the cleanliness of the weighing environment.
Weighing platform and sockets
The weighing table is designed to hold weighing tools and can be customized according to customer requirements. At the same time, the negative pressure weighing chamber is equipped with waterproof and dustproof industrial sockets, the number of which can be configured according to the specific needs of the customer.
Principle
The working principle of the negative pressure weighing room is through a specific form of airflow organization, usually vertical unidirectional flow, so that the air is circulated in the working area, partially discharged to the nearby area, forming a negative pressure state. This effectively prevents airborne contaminants from flowing backwards into the working area, ensuring the cleanliness of the operating environment.
