The air velocity in the negative pressure weighing chamber can be automatically constant or stepwise adjusted to ensure the stability of the air velocity in the working area, which is essential for maintaining the cleanliness of the weighing environment and avoiding cross-contamination.
Filter Differential Pressure Indicator
The filter differential pressure display device can monitor the running condition of each filter in real time. Once the differential pressure is found to be out of the normal range, the system will automatically alarm and prompt the maintenance personnel to carry out inspection and replacement to ensure the effective operation of the filtration system.

Structural design
The Neg Furls Negative Pressure Weighing Chamber has a modular design for easy assembly and disassembly in the field. Its structure includes several main parts such as working area, return air box, fan box, air outlet box and outer box. Among them, the working area is designed without dead angle, which ensures the sealing and neatness of the working area. In addition, the equipment is equipped with PLC control system and sensing system, and provides touch screen operation panel, which simplifies the operation process and improves the working efficiency.
Filtration System
Neg Furls negative pressure weighing chambers are equipped with highly efficient filtration systems, including primary, medium and high efficiency filters. These filters effectively capture and remove airborne particles, ensuring clean air in the work area. In particular, the high efficiency filter removes at least 99.99% of particulate matter, thus meeting GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) requirements.
Lighting and Sterilization
The Neg Furls Negative Pressure Weighing Chamber is well illuminated, with an illuminance of more than 300 Lux at one meter above the floor, which helps the operator to weigh and operate accurately in a bright environment. In addition, the equipment is equipped with a sterilizing function, with the option of installing a germicidal lamp or ozone generator to kill bacteria and viruses, ensuring a hygienic and safe weighing environment.
Principle
Vertical unidirectional airflow: The negative pressure weighing chamber adopts vertical unidirectional airflow design, the airflow flows vertically downward in the working area, then through the filtration system, part of the clean air returns to the working area, and the remaining part is discharged through the exhaust port to keep the working area in a negative pressure state.
Filtration system: The negative pressure weighing room is equipped with primary filters, intermediate filters and high-efficiency filters, which are used to capture and filter the dust and particles in the air to ensure the cleanliness of the air.
Negative Pressure Environment: The negative pressure environment inside the negative pressure weighing chamber means that the pressure inside the chamber is lower than the outside environment, which prevents contaminants inside the chamber from leaking to the outside and protects the operator and the environment from contamination.
Ease of operation: Negative pressure weighing chambers are usually easy to operate, allowing the user to easily control the start/stop and air speed of the fan, as well as other necessary operations through the control panel.
