Material and Structure
Negative pressure weighing chambers are usually made of 304 stainless steel, with a thickness of about 1.0mm, to ensure the robustness and corrosion resistance of the equipment. The chamber is precision bent, welded and assembled into shape, with high surface flatness, easy to clean and maintain.
Filtration System
The negative pressure weighing chamber is equipped with a highly efficient filtration system, including primary filters, intermediate filters and high-efficiency filters, which work together to ensure the cleanliness of the air. In particular, the high efficiency filters must meet DOP or PAO test requirements to achieve the highest filtration efficiency.
Control System
The Negative Pressure Weighing Chamber is equipped with an advanced control system including PLC control, frequency converter and touch screen operator interface. These intelligent control systems not only improve the ease of operation, but also accurately regulate air speed, monitor differential pressure and other key parameters to ensure that the equipment is always in the best working condition.
Lighting and Sterilization
The weighing room is equipped with a special lighting system to ensure sufficient illumination, generally requiring the illumination at one meter above the ground to be more than 300 Lux. In addition, it may also be equipped with sterilization equipment, such as UV germicidal lamps or ozone generators, to regularly disinfect the indoor air to ensure a sterile operating environment.

Principle
Air Filtration System: The air is filtered through three levels of primary, intermediate and high efficiency filters to remove particles in the air and ensure the cleanliness of the air.
Negative pressure environment: The negative pressure environment generated by the centrifugal fan makes the negative pressure inside the weighing room relative to the external environment, preventing the dust spillage during the weighing process.
Even flow membrane air supply: the use of even flow membrane ensures even air supply and avoids adverse effects on the weighing results.
Control system: Equipped with PLC control system, it realizes one-button operation, which is convenient for users to finish the weighing task quickly.
