1. Purpose

2. Scope of application
The company's clean room and all personnel entering and leaving the clean room.
3. Responsibilities
3.1 Production Department
Monitor and record the environment, humidity and pressure difference on a daily basis.
3.2 Quality Control Department
Responsible for judging and irregularly monitoring the temperature, humidity and pressure difference of the clean room;
Responsible for daily measurement, monitoring, judgment and recording of Wind speed and dust;
Make relevant decisions on whether to continue production when the environment is abnormal, and confirm the effect of environmental improvement.
3.3 Engineering Department
When production abnormalities occur, it is responsible for analyzing the causes of the abnormalities and formulating corresponding emergency measures and long-term improvement measures.
3.4 Departments
3.4.1 All employees entering the clean room must comply with and implement these regulations.
3.4.2 Assist the Engineering Department in analyzing and improving environmental abnormalities when necessary.

4. Operating procedures
4.1 Personnel management
4.1.1 Physical requirements:
The selected operators should exclude the following inappropriate physical conditions from working in the clean room;
Various serious skin diseases, such as eczema, severe skin injuries, etc.;
Those who are allergic to chemicals;
For People who are allergic to materials used in clean rooms;
People who have abnormalities compared to ordinary people, such as peeling skin, dandruff and hair loss;
People who wear makeup (especially powder) and nail polish (except basic makeup);
4.1.2 Mental requirements:
People with the following characteristics should be selected to work in clean rooms:
People with concentration and strong patience;
People who can tidy up and clean the surroundings regularly;
People who pay attention to their health regularly;
4.1.3 Foreign guests and contractors who need to enter the clean room must call first, and after approval, they must be accompanied by our staff and wear clean clothes as required before they can enter.
4.2 Articles and materials management
4.2.1 Articles prohibited from entering the clean room:
4.2.1.1 All unapproved cleaning utensils, office supplies, test fixtures, etc.;
4.2.1.2 The following are items that operators are strictly prohibited from carrying:
Cigarettes, matches, lighters, etc.
Drinks, chewing gum
Personal decorations, cosmetics (metallic, especially rings are prohibited)
Mobile phone communication items
Manuals or other personal items
4.2.2 Clean room material transportation methods

4.2.2.1 All materials moved into the clean room, including articles, tools, equipment materials, etc., are prohibited Direct entry without cleaning;
4.2.2,2 Cleaning methods, types of pollutants, state of items to be cleaned, structure, material properties, cleanliness requirements, etc. are determined by the clean room manager;
4.2.2.3 Large items such as equipment moved into the clean room should be cleaned from the initial contaminated area with a vacuum cleaner or by blowing.
4.2.2.4 All small items used in the clean room should be cleaned with an air shower.
4.2.2.5 Equipment or items in the clean room should be moved as little as possible.
4.2.3 Chemicals used in the clean room must be labeled.
4.3 Cleanliness standards for wearing clean clothes and after wearing;
4.3.1 All personnel entering the clean room must wear clean clothes, and the clean clothes must be washed once a week. Clean room-specific clothes, hats, and shoes must not be worn out of the clean room (except for the changing room)
4.3.2 All personnel must not wear work shoes (except for clean shoes) to enter the clean room changing room.
4.3.3. Clothing standards
Operators are prohibited from wearing woolen clothes that are easy to fly under their work clothes:
Operators are prohibited from applying perfume or makeup;
Before entering the room, you must change Cleanroom clothing;
When wearing cleanroom clothing, be careful not to let the cleanroom clothing touch the floor;
When wearing a hat, you must first put on the inner hat, and put all the hair inside the hat, and do not allow the hair to be exposed:
When wearing cleanroom shoes, the trouser corners of the cleanroom clothing must be covered by the shoes, and do not allow them to be exposed. The shoes must be tightened;
After the cleanroom clothing is put on, the inner clothes must not be exposed outside the cleanroom clothing.
4.3.4 After changing clothes, you must check whether they meet the above requirements against the dressing mirror, and refer to the standard pictures of cleanroom clothing in the cleanroom to check whether they are OK, otherwise you need to wear them again.
4.3.5 When the cleanroom clothing is damaged, pilling, etc., it should be replaced in time.

4.4 Requirements for entering and exiting the clean room
4.4.1 Personnel entering and exiting:
4.4.1.1 Personnel entering:
After wearing clean clothes, enter the clean room through the air shower. It is forbidden to enter from the exit and transfer window;
After entering the air shower, turn your body 360 degrees and pat your clothes lightly when the air is blowing to remove the dust on your body. You can enter the clean room only after the air shower stops;
When someone is in the air shower, it is strictly forbidden to open the door to the air shower. You can enter the air shower only after the person inside enters the clean room from the back door and the back door is closed. It is strictly forbidden to open the doors on both sides of the air shower at the same time.
4.4.1.2 Personnel leaving:
Leaving the clean room does not require passing through the air shower;
Open the first door, and after 4 or fewer people enter at a time, lock the door, then open the door near the dressing room, and lock the door immediately after everyone leaves. After this action is completed, the next group of people can repeat the above method to leave the clean room. It is strictly forbidden to open the passage doors and openings on both sides at the same time. Enter the dressing room to change the clean clothes, fold them neatly and put them in the closet. At the same time, put the clean shoes into the corresponding shoe cabinet under the closet, and then put on non-clean room work shoes at the door of the dressing room.
4.2.1.3 Requirements for goods entering and leaving the clean room:
Before all goods enter, certain dust removal measures must be taken, and they are allowed to enter only after sufficient dust removal;
All goods must pass through the air shower before entering the clean room;
When the products and goods of each clean room need to flow to other clean rooms, they must enter and exit from the transfer windows of each workshop:
4.4.2 Regularly cleaned turnover boxes, garbage bins, transport vehicles, and net vehicles are strictly prohibited from being pushed out of the clean room.
4.4.3 The safety doors of all clean rooms can only be opened in emergencies or when entering and exiting large equipment.
4.5 Requirements for clean room work and discipline
4.5.1 It is strictly forbidden to wear any jewelry on your hands:
4.5.2 Items not related to work are not allowed to be brought into the clean room:
4.5.3 In the clean room, except for process quality control who can use pencils to inspect product quality, no one else is allowed to use pencils. Ballpoint pens and oil pens are used as much as possible. Other types of pens are strictly prohibited;
4.5.4 All paper entering the clean room must be dust-free paper, plastic-coated paper, or packed in plastic bags:
4.5.5 All personnel entering the clean room are strictly prohibited from smoking, eating, drinking, chatting, making loud noises, or playing around indoors;
4.5.6 All personnel entering the clean room are not allowed to sit on the ground or lean on the wall;
4.5.7 It is strictly prohibited to run, jump, drag, comb hair, scrape nails, pick ears and other bad habits in the clean room:
4.5.8 All personnel entering the clean room are not allowed to roll up the sleeves and trouser legs of the clean clothes;
4.5.9 It is strictly prohibited to write or scratch on the equipment.

4.6 Preparation
10 minutes before work, equipment, workbench, turnover box, material rack (material rack), mesh car, mesh rack, floor, ceiling (ceiling), wall, door and window (including transfer window), closet, equipment bottom, dead corner of the ground, etc., need to be cleaned thoroughly:
4.7 Waste disposal
Waste generated by production should be put into the trash can prepared in the area in time, and it should be cleaned out of the clean room after get off work every day
4.8 Items in the closet should be placed neatly, taken out when needed, and put back when not in use.
4.9 Work chairs should be placed neatly after get off work.
4.10 Equipment maintenance
New equipment entering the factory Installation, all equipment must be thoroughly cleaned, and designated personnel and positions are responsible for maintenance and upkeep. Specific operations shall be carried out in accordance with the "Equipment Maintenance Specifications":
4.11 Environmental requirements and monitoring of clean rooms
4.11.1 Environmental requirements:
Clean rooms are cleaned regularly every day, garbage is piled at designated locations, and cleaned regularly;
When the workshop air-conditioning system is on holiday for more than three days (including three days), when the workshop temperature gradually rises to the same level as the indoor temperature, the equipment group needs to shut down and check the air-conditioning system, and turn on the air-conditioning about 2 hours before work: When the workshop is on short-term rest (less than three days), the air supply system cannot be shut down.
4.11.2 The workshop arranges a dedicated person to monitor the on-site temperature, humidity, and air pressure difference three times a day (the specific monitoring time is based on the "Clean room temperature, humidity, and pressure difference record sheet") and record the monitoring results on the "clean room temperature, humidity, and pressure difference record sheet";
4.11.3 The workshop quality control needs to conduct random checks on temperature, humidity, and pressure difference at least twice a week to assist in the monitoring of ambient temperature, humidity, and pressure difference, and record the monitoring results in the "clean room temperature, humidity, and pressure difference record sheet":
4.11.4 The quality control department has a dedicated person to monitor and measure the wind speed and dust volume every week, and record it in the "clean room dust volume & Wind speed test report".
