1. Scope of application
All personnel entering the clean room (including our company's personnel, manufacturers and visiting guests, etc.) are subject to these management rules.
2. Purpose
To ensure the environmental quality of the clean room and reduce the company's management costs, ensure product quality and improve operational efficiency.
3. Content
1. Management of entering the clean room
1.1 Before entering the clean room, our company's personnel must place outdoor shoes in the shoe cabinet in the shoe changing area. Employees' personal belongings must be left outdoors and must not be placed in the locker room. In the locker room, they must wear masks and change into dust-free clothes, hats, dust-free shoes and latex gloves.
Standards for wearing clean clothes: When wearing clean clothes, personal clothes and hair must not be exposed, and only the eyes and face surface can be exposed.
1.2 If manufacturers or guests want to enter the clean room to perform operations or visit, they must be guided by relevant personnel of the company; and approved by the relevant responsible supervisor; and register.
1.3 After changing items, they must be blown through the air shower before entering. In the air shower, you must follow the regulations: raise your hands and slowly turn your body three times to the right and three times to the left, and pat your body and clothes to remove dust (the maximum number of people entering the air shower at a time is subject to relevant regulations).
1.4 The following persons are not allowed to enter the clean room:
Non-operating personnel or those who have not obtained prior permission.
Those who are not dressed in accordance with the standard and have not been air showered in the air shower.
Those who have just finished intense exercise and are sweating a lot.
Those who have smoked for less than half an hour.
Those who wear heavy makeup and sweaters.
1.5 Tools and materials to be brought into the clean room must be wiped clean with a dust-free cloth dipped in alcohol before entering the clean room; oily, rusty and other items are prohibited from entering.
1.6 The following items are prohibited from being brought into the clean room:
Uncleaned equipment, spare parts and other tools.
Cardboard boxes and untreated recording or note paper, photocopied data, etc.
Pencils, erasers, ink, pens, etc.
Cigarettes, cosmetics, toilet paper, food, etc.
Personal items for operators: such as lighters, wallets, keys, small diaries, etc.
2. Management in the clean room
2.1 Tools or materials must be completely off the ground when being moved, and must not be dragged on the ground to avoid scratching the ground.
2.2 Tools that produce smoke must not be used.
2.3 If there is a dangerous situation at the work site, protective measures should be arranged and marked.
2.4 No waste or unused tools and materials should be left in the clean room. Check the surrounding environment at any time. If there is any damage, notify the relevant personnel of the company to deal with it.
2.5 It is prohibited to drink any beverages, water and food in the clean room.
2.6 It is prohibited to play or run (walk fast) in the clean room to reduce the amount of dust.
2.7 When walking in the clean room, it is forbidden to walk side by side. You must walk in order to reduce the amount of dust.
2.8 People are prohibited from gathering or having private conversations unrelated to the work in the clean room.
2.9 People are prohibited from sitting on the floor or leaning on the wall or equipment in the clean room.
2.10 Do not place items or do other work above the airflow in the work area.
2.11 The transporter used in the clean room must be wiped frequently to keep it clean and cannot be mixed with the transporter (box) outside the clean room.
2.12 It is strictly forbidden to use related communication equipment in the clean room (except for approved users), such as mobile phones/MP3/MP4, etc.
2.13 Gloves must not be removed in the clean room, and the skin of the hands must not be exposed.
2.14 The mouth and nose must be completely covered in the clean room, and it is strictly forbidden to expose them.
2.15 The doors and windows of the clean room should be kept closed, and it is forbidden to open the doors and windows of the clean room without permission.
2.16 It is forbidden to pile up sundries in the buffer zone, and it is strictly forbidden for people who are not wearing clean clothes to enter the buffer zone.
2.17 Personnel control is carried out in the 100X area, and people wearing 1000X clean clothes are strictly prohibited from entering the 100X area.
3. Management of exiting the clean room
3.1 Exit the clean room through the designated exit and change clothes in the dressing area (gloves are not allowed to be removed in the air shower). The two doors of the designated exit cannot be opened at the same time.
3.2 It is absolutely forbidden to wear clean clothes to enter the general area (non-clean room) directly.
4. Cleanroom clothing management regulations
4.1 Cleanroom clothing must be hung in designated locations, and CleanRoom shoes must be organized and placed on shoe racks according to uniform standards.
4.2 It is prohibited to make any marks or patterns on cleanroom clothing or shoes. If the violation is damaged, compensation will be paid according to the price.
5. Penalty regulations
Those who violate any of the above regulations will be given a verbal warning and criticized for the first time, a warning for the second time, a minor offense for the third time, and so on.
If the manufacturer violates the relevant regulations, the leader will be held accountable.
Those who have insulting behavior to the cleanroom management personnel or do not change after persuasion will be recorded as a minor offense.
Cleanroom management regulations 2
In order to ensure good behavioral habits of employees, a good working environment in the workshop, and stable production, it is specially formulated.
1. Any non-workshop personnel and outsiders are strictly prohibited from entering (except company leaders). If they need to enter, they must obtain the consent of the company leaders and take corresponding protective measures accompanied by the workshop supervisor before entering the cleanroom.
2. When entering the Dust-free workshop, the door should be closed. Anyone who enters the dust-free workshop for work or visit must wear dust-free shoes, anti-static clothes and hats according to regulations before entering the dust-free workshop.
3. You must take off your outer shoes on the red carpet in the shoe-changing area before you can step in. You cannot step outside the cordon before taking off your outer shoes. After taking off your outer shoes, walk to the red carpet next to shoe cabinet A, and then put the outer shoes you took off in shoe cabinet A. Then go to shoe cabinet B to get dust-free shoes and put them on, and then enter the changing area in the direction of the arrow to change into anti-static clothes and anti-static hats. Hair must be worn inside the anti-static hat and hair must not be exposed outside. Enter the air shower according to the arrow mark for dust blowing.
4. No more than 6 people can enter the air shower room at the same time. To avoid affecting the normal air circulation and dust blowing effect, people should not lean on the door or wall of the air shower room.
5. The normal direction of the air nozzle should be downward. Please do not randomly adjust the adjusted air nozzle direction to achieve the maximum dust removal effect.
6. Eating, drinking, making noise, or doing other things not related to work are not allowed in the clean room.
7. The work area should be kept tidy and clean.
8. Personal belongings (such as handbags, books, umbrellas, etc.) are not allowed to be brought into the workshop.
9. If it is found that the above points are not followed, the first verbal warning will be given, and the second fine will be 5 yuan.
Clean room management regulations 3
1. Purpose
In order to make the Clean room environment management have a basis to follow, and to clarify the management method, so that the factory environment is neat and clean, and the work efficiency is improved, and the product defect rate is reduced, this regulation is specially formulated.
2. Scope of application
All those who enter and leave the clean room are applicable.
3. Operating procedures
3.1 Precautions
3.1.1 All personnel entering and leaving the clean room may accept the dress guidance of our company's personnel.
3.1.2 Wood, ordinary paper and leather products are not allowed to be brought into the dressing room. Food, beverages, cigarettes, betel nuts, chewing gum, etc. are not allowed to be brought into the dressing room, and they are strictly prohibited from being eaten in the clean room.
3.1.3 Smoking is strictly prohibited in the factory area: you are not allowed to enter the clean room within 30 minutes after smoking.
3.1.4 Personal items such as handkerchiefs, towels, tissues, etc. are prohibited from being brought into the clean room.
3.1.5 Wearing any decorations is strictly prohibited in the clean room.
3.1.6 Staff who frequently receive products are not allowed to have long nails to avoid damage to the products.
3.1.7 Tools and items should be wiped clean with a dust-free rag before being brought in, and the dust on the items should be removed by spraying with an air gun at the entrance of the buffer room; rusty or dirty tools are not allowed to be brought into the clean room.
3.1.8 Other dust-generating items are prohibited from being brought into the clean room.
3.1.9 Except for molds, focusing rolls or large equipment, other small items are strictly prohibited from entering and exiting the clean room.
3.1.10 People who are not wearing clean clothes are not allowed to open the inner door of the clean room, and people who are wearing clean clothes are not allowed to open the outer door of the clean room (referring to the door of the clean room and the non-clean room).
3.1.11 The doors on both sides of the clean room and the shower are prohibited from being opened at the same time. People who are not wearing clean clothes are strictly prohibited from discussing with the clean room staff in the clean room. If necessary, please use the locker room or telephone to discuss.
3.1.12 When any materials or tools enter the clean room, they must be handled according to the material entry and exit clean room process.
3.2 Behavior
3.2.1 It is forbidden to slap, rub hands, scratch heads, or play loudly in the clean room.
3.2.2 To avoid dust while walking and working, the movements should be gentle and slow. Do not sit on the ground or run.
3.2.3 Avoid unnecessary gathering of people in the clean room.
3.2.4 Keep all doors of the work area and the middle room closed at all times to avoid Environmental pollution.
3.2.5 It is strictly forbidden to smoke, eat betel nuts, chew gum or any food in the clean room, and do not wear makeup or perfume.
3.2.6 It is forbidden to lean on the machine, wall panels and shelves (including work tables) in the clean room.
3.3 Cleaning of clean clothes and shoes
3.3.1 Monday of each week is designated as the day for sending clothes for cleaning. The manufacturing department staff will place the clothes in the office and fill in the number of clothes to be cleaned.
3.3.2 After cleaning, the clean clothes will be vacuum packed and returned to the factory to ensure the cleanliness of the clean clothes.
3.3.3 The manufacturer responsible for cleaning the cleanroom clothes and shoes shall conduct dust detection on the cleanroom clothes every month.
3.3.4 After wearing the cleanroom clothes, unless it is necessary to enter the buffer room, it is strictly forbidden to walk in areas other than Class 10000 to prevent the cleanroom from being contaminated.
3.4 Wearing
3.4.1 The wearing regulations for relevant personnel entering the cleanroom are as follows:

3.4.2 Those who are not wearing gloves or finger cots are strictly prohibited from touching the products except for the work of molding and film laminating.
3.4.3 Check at any time in the cleanroom whether the cleanroom clothes are worn according to the regulations (mouth, nose, and hair must not be exposed, and gloves must be tucked inside the cleanroom clothes).
3.4.4 Cleanroom-specific Dust-free shoes cannot be worn outside the dust-free room.
3.4.5 Slippers worn inside the factory (excluding the dust-free room) cannot be worn outside the factory (changed shoes must be placed in the shoe cabinet outside the factory) and inside the dust-free room (when entering the dust-free room, the above slippers must be placed in the shoe cabinet outside the dressing room).
3.4.6 Replacement of consumables: headgear should be replaced every two days, masks once a day, and gloves twice a day.
3.4.7 If consumables are damaged or dirty, they must be replaced immediately.
3.4.8 No words can be written on the gloves to avoid contamination of the product during operation.
3.4.9 Dust-free clothing must not be taken off in the dust-free room.
3.5 Dust-bathroom
3.5.1 Do not press the emergency button of the dust-bathroom to sneak in.
3.5.2 After the dust-bathroom is in operation, you need to slowly turn your body so that all parts of your body are fully blown to achieve the best cleaning effect; the door of the dust-bathroom can be opened only after the operation is completed.
3.5.3 Except in emergency situations, you must pass through the dust-bathroom to enter and exit the clean room production area.
3.5.4 The number of people in the dust-bathroom must be observed. For example, it is strictly forbidden for four people to wash at the same time in a three-person dust-bathroom.
3.6 Tools
3.6.1 Use dust-free paper in the dust-free room, and general paper, cardboard, leather and other dust-prone items are not allowed to be brought in.
3.6.2 The dust-free paper cannot be torn directly by hand, only with scissors or blades.
3.6.3 The chair must be returned to its original position after use, and the dustproof door must be kept closed to avoid collision.
3.6.4 Tools and items must be wiped before entering the clean room. In principle, there must be no visible particles.
3.6.5 The ladder should be placed flat on the ground and cannot be directly placed on the machine or wall panel, which may scratch the painted panel.
3.6.6 Tools (sharp objects) cannot be placed on the machine or painted panel (can be placed on the Teflon cover).
3.6.7 Do not bring items into the clean room that have not been evaluated or are uncertain whether they will affect the cleanliness.
3.6.8 Please use a vacuum cleaner in the clean room as much as possible instead of using compressed air to blow away dust or foreign objects. Check the filter of the vacuum cleaner regularly and replace it immediately if too much dust is found.
3.7 Waste disposal and precautions
3.7.1 When the wiping materials stained with alcohol are discarded, they must be thrown into the organic waste bin.
3.7.2 Materials stained with acid or alkali should be thrown into the designated classified waste bin.
3.7.3 Wiping materials that fall on the floor cannot be reused.
3.8. Wiping materials and methods
3.8.1 There are Class 100 Special wiping cloth (machine wiping cloth).
3.8.2 Alcohol must be put into the washing bottle for use, and the name of the solvent must be marked on the outside of the washing bottle. The bottle cap should be closed at any time to prevent the solvent from volatilizing.
3.8.3 When wiping, you need to wipe in one direction and make a finishing motion at the end. Do not wipe randomly without direction.
3.8.4 Do not spray the solvent directly on the machine. Pour the solvent on the wiping cloth and then wipe.
3.8.5 The wiping cloth cannot be wiped directly dry.
3.8.6 Try to use alcohol or IPA to wipe the machine.
3.8.7 After wiping, the wiping cloth should be placed in a designated place (classified trash can) and cannot be thrown away at will.
3.8.8 When wiping, Fold the wiping cloth in half into small pieces before use, and use the clean side for wiping each time
3.9 Safety
3.9.1 You need to be familiar with the evacuation direction, escape door, safety equipment, and the location of the medical box.
3.9.2 You need to keep the passages clear at ordinary times, and pay attention to the placement of items so that they cannot block the escape route.
3.9.3 If you have any doubts about the manufacturer's construction, please immediately ask the manufacturer to stop work and notify your superiors.
3.9.4 When operating any machine, you must follow the SOP to avoid danger.
3.10 Clean room environment management operations
3.10.1 The manufacturing unit shall inspect the clean room area every day, and record it in the clean room environmental hygiene daily inspection record form.
3.10.2 Visually inspect whether the dust is ≤10000 level and compare with the standard film.
3.10.3 The manufacturing unit must designate personnel to inspect the primary, secondary and high-level filters monthly, clean or replace the filters according to the degree of dirtiness, and record the cleaning and replacement in the "Filter Cleaning/Replacement Record Sheet".
3.10.4 Conduct dust tests three times a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) and record the data in the clean room dust particle test data sheet, and improve the unqualified parts.

2. Requirements for staff and items entering and leaving the clean room
1. Clean workers are strictly prohibited from entering the clean room after intense exercise or makeup. They should wait until their breath is stable and after removing makeup before wearing clean clothes to enter the clean room. The changing area is the area for clean clothes and shoes. People entering the changing room should do preliminary cleaning to reduce dust from directly entering the changing room and polluting Dust-free clothes and shoes.
2. Before changing clothes, you should do personal hygiene, such as washing your hands and removing makeup (makeup and rouge products are prohibited) before entering. It is strictly forbidden to enter in casual clothes.
3. When changing dust-free clothes, the base of the trouser legs must be completely tucked into the shoe tube and wrapped tightly, and must not be exposed.
4. Do not bring dust-prone items, and prohibit all fiber items from entering the dust-free room (such as uncleaned paper, pencils, snacks, etc.). Rings and jewelry must be removed before entering.
5. The air shower door is the last cleaning. When entering the door of the air shower door, clean the dust-free shoes once with dust paper. Only one person is allowed to enter the air shower at a time. No more than two people can be air-bathed at the same time. Enter the air shower door to blow the dust-free clothes and air shower for more than 15 seconds.
6. Regardless of the personnel and items in and out of the clean room, three principles must be followed:
Do not bring in--Do not bring dust from outside into the clean room.
No residue -- Dust generated by the situation in the clean room should not remain in the clean room
No generation -- Personnel and objects should not generate dust due to improper actions.
7. Personnel entering the clean room: take off outer shoes, take off outer clothes, wash hands, dry hands, wear masks, wear hats, wear clean clothes, wear clean shoes, step on the sticky mat, pass through the air shower → enter the clean room.
8. Objects entering and exiting the clean room: For any material entering the clean room, the external packaging box should be removed first, the surface should be cleaned, and then transferred through the transfer box. Large items should be unpacked and then air showered by the air shower door before entering.
3. Clean room work requirements
Since the clean room is an environment for film production or transfer, it is strictly forbidden for staff to wear any rings and hand decorations, and long nails are prohibited. If there are long nails, they must be trimmed to avoid scratching the film.
Clean room staff must wear neat clean clothes, zippers must be fully closed, and hair and non-dust-free clothes and pants must not be exposed.
It is forbidden to make noise or run in the room without sitting. The movements should be gentle and the conversation should be heard by two people.
It is strictly forbidden to take off the dust-free clothes or expose the non-dust-free clothes in the dust-free room.
When using notebooks, the notebook paper should not be torn. Except for the process card, other paper books are prohibited from entering the dust-free workshop.
When using stationery in the dust-free room, you need to have a pencil or signature pen that does not collect dust when writing. Therefore, pencils, erasers and other dust-prone items are not allowed to be brought into the dust-free room.
Sticky roller: When using, the movement should be slow and clean from the outside to the inside, rather than rolling back and forth. It is also necessary to avoid large movements that cause dust. The sticky paper should be replaced three times per shift.
Vacuum cleaner: A dust filter should be installed at the exit to avoid secondary pollution of the environment. Clean once a week.
Replacement of dust-removing floor glue: Once per shift and keep a record of the replacement.
Air conditioning system: Clean the filter once a week.
Production positions and equipment: Clean the corresponding positions according to the operating specifications of each business position. Transfer channel: Clean once per shift. Two transfer doors are prohibited from being opened at the same time during normal production. Ceiling, floor, equipment and tools; Clean once a day. Clean the dust-free workshop thoroughly once a week, including the ceiling, floor, equipment and every corner of the dust-free room.
Dust-free room temperature and humidity requirements: temperature 8C-25℃, humidity 40%RH-60%
Temperature and humidity are measured using a thermometer and hygrometer, and measurements are made at fixed points for 24 hours and records are kept.
