Air speed adjustment: automatic constant air speed or stepwise adjustment function, which can be adjusted according to the need to adapt to different weighing requirements.
Liquid Tank Design: The liquid tank design ensures perfect sealing effect and prevents the spillage of dust or reagents.
Inside and outside structure: The inside and outside structure are designed consistently, neat and without dead corners, easy to clean and maintain.
Wind speed control system: manual frequency conversion system for wind speed, so that the wind speed in the main working area is always in the state of uniform operation, which improves the accuracy of weighing.
Filter differential pressure display device: real-time monitoring of the effective operation of each filter channel ensures the effect of air purification.
Air duct design: Unique air duct design effectively controls the working noise of the whole machine and creates a quiet working environment.
Even flow design: The unique even flow design in the main working area controls the spillage and upward movement of dust and reagents during weighing and dispensing, avoids cross contamination, and protects the safety of the operator and the environment.
Operation area protection: The weighing operation area is protected by a 100-level vertical laminar flow ISO 6 (NF, EN, ISO14644-1), which meets the high standard of cleanliness requirements.
Chamber Material
The chamber of the negative pressure weighing chamber is generally made of SUS304 stainless steel, which has good corrosion resistance and sturdiness, and can withstand the erosion of various chemicals in the experimental process, as well as facilitating daily cleaning and maintenance. The box body is made through precise bending, welding and assembling process to ensure the overall flatness and sealing, which is crucial for maintaining the negative pressure environment.
Filtration System
The filtration system of a negative pressure weighing chamber is one of its core components and usually includes primary, secondary and high efficiency filters. These filters effectively intercept and adsorb airborne particles, ensuring a certain level of cleanliness of the air fed into the work area. HEPA filters, in particular, usually meet DOP or PAO testing requirements and are capable of filtering out the vast majority of particles, thereby protecting operators and the environment from contamination.
Control system
The control system of negative pressure weighing chamber usually adopts PLC control, together with touch screen operation interface, which makes the operation more intuitive and simple. Users can easily control the start and stop of the fan and adjust the air speed through the control panel. Meanwhile, the system can also display the differential pressure of each filter in real time and send out an alarm when there is an abnormality, so as to ensure that the equipment is always in the best working condition.
Principle
The negative pressure weighing chamber utilizes a vertical unidirectional airflow format, where the air flows from top to bottom in the work area, and large dust particles are removed after pre-filtration through the primary filter. Subsequently, the air continues to pass through the intermediate-effect filter for secondary filtration to further protect the high-efficiency filter. Finally, under the pressure of the centrifugal fan, the air is sent back to the working area through the high-efficiency filter, or discharged out of the working area through the exhaust high-efficiency filter, thus forming a negative-pressure environment to ensure that the dust inside the working area will not spread to the outside, and thus achieving the purpose of purification.。
