Your Reliable Manufacturer of Negative Pressure Dispensing Room for Raw Materials
Working Principle
Weighing hood, also known as negative pressure weighing hood or weighing chamber, is a device used for accurate weighing of powdery and granular materials. Its working principle is mainly based on negative pressure technology9, which improves the accuracy and efficiency of weighing by creating a low-pressure environment in which materials are weighed without the influence of air flow.
Operating method
Creating a negative pressure environment: The weighing hood is connected to the outside world through vacuum pump 9, and by adjusting the power of the vacuum pump, a negative pressure environment is formed inside the weighing hood. The size of this negative pressure environment can be adjusted according to the density and viscosity of the material to ensure that the material is weighed without the influence of air flow.
Material Entry: In the negative pressure environment, the material is sucked into the weighing hood. In order to prevent the material from being affected by air flow during the entry process, the weighing hood is usually equipped with a door or inlet pipe with good sealing performance.
Weighing: After the material enters the weighing hood, a certain thickness of material layer will be formed on the load cell inside the weighing hood. The load cell will transmit the weight of the material to the control system, which will calculate the mass of the material according to the density and volume of the material.
Material Discharge: After weighing, the negative pressure inside the weighing hood will be lifted, and the material will be discharged from the hood under the action of gravity. In order to prevent the material from being affected by the air flow again during the discharge process, the weighing hood is usually equipped with an exhaust device, such as a fan or a ventilation pipe.
Advantageous features:
Reduce the influence of air flow on material weighing and improve the accuracy of weighing.
Avoiding the generation of dust during the weighing process, improving the working environment.
Improve the efficiency of material weighing, save labor and time cost Suitable for weighing a variety of powdery and granular materials, with a wide range of applications.
